Daily Challenge incorporates discoveries from health, well-being,spiritual and social network research and turns them into simple things we can do each day to improve our well-being. These small actions encourage lasting change across a broad range of areas of health ,self discipline and well-being including physical activity, healthy eating, emotional health, life evaluation and proper time management.
